When you request a Pilot Workforce Readiness Check or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, job title, airline or organisation, work email address, and any details you share about your operation. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security and reliability.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct the Readiness Check, and — where relevant — to provide the services you ask for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you initiate contact, taking steps at your request prior to entering into an engagement. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate — for example website hosting and email — and only as needed to deliver those services. These providers act on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
Under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability.
